Today elite sailor Lara Dallman-Weiss joins the show. Just recently Lara was moments away from qualifying for the 2020 summer Olympics with team USA Women's 470 sailing moments before the qualifier event in Spain was cancelled due to COVID19.
Lara and I discuss her Olympic preparation from a mental, physical, and spiritual standpoint as well as how she is handling the current situation head on.
